Om Namah Shivaya, this Mantra is very special to Lord Shiva. If chanted with full dedication , it deifinitely gives results. For me it has definitely worked that way.

I would suggest that one should make it a point to chant it at least on Mondays and if possible on all Shiv Ratris that happen in a year. Lord Shiva is very simple in nature and is someone who can be easily pleased with your dedication and love.
